Delete your The Field account

The Field users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud data from the app or submit a deletion request through Learning Rewired Lab.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to The Field.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Use the Learning Rewired Lab legal contact page. In your message, write The Field account deletion request and provide the email address associated with your The Field account.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password, recordings, or other sensitive content.

Data that is deleted

  • Your The Field authentication account and profile information.
  • Your workspace membership and workspaces you created.
  • Private cloud recordings associated with your account.
  • Associated transcripts, project content, decisions, actions, review status, risks, questions, and project updates stored with the deleted workspace.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute-resolution, or other lawful obligations. Information retained for those purposes is not used for advertising or product personalization and is removed when the applicable obligation ends.

Processing time

In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Requests submitted through the website are reviewed and processed after account ownership is verified. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
