The Field Privacy Policy

1. About The Field

The Field is a professional workplace productivity application from Learning Rewired Lab. It helps learning and performance professionals capture consented conversations or voice notes, create transcripts, and review AI-generated proposals for decisions, actions, risks, questions, and project updates.

The Field is intended for adults. Do not record another person without their permission or submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless your organization authorizes it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and an internal user identifier.
• Audio data: recordings that you intentionally create or upload for transcription and interpretation.
• User content: transcripts, project context, notes, decisions, actions, review status, risks, questions, and approved project updates.
• Subscription information: purchase and entitlement status after in-app subscriptions are enabled. Apple or Google processes payment details, not Learning Rewired Lab.

The Field does not include advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking and does not collect precise location, contacts, health data, photos, camera data, or advertising identifiers.

3. How information is used

We use account information to authenticate you, secure your workspace, provide support, and manage access. Audio and submitted content are used to provide the transcription, interpretation, review, synchronization, and project-management functions you request.

AI-generated items are proposals only. The Field requires human review before proposed decisions, actions, or project changes are committed.

4. Service providers and data sharing

Supabase provides authentication, database services, and private file storage. OpenAI processes recordings and transcripts on Learning Rewired Lab's behalf to provide requested transcription and structured interpretation. Provider credentials are kept on secured server-side services and are not stored in the mobile app.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it for cross-app tracking. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

5. Storage, security, and retention

Information is encrypted in transit. Account information, cloud recordings, transcripts, and project content are retained while your account remains active. A local recording copy is removed after successful processing. Cloud data is deleted when you delete your account, except information that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or other lawful obligations.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use care when deciding what workplace information to submit.

6. Your choices and deletion rights

You can delete your account from The Field's Settings screen. You may also request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app through our public deletion instructions.

7. Contact and policy changes

For privacy questions or requests, use the Learning Rewired Lab legal contact page and identify The Field in your message.

We may update this policy when The Field's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
