Level 4 does not begin after launch.
Business results cannot be reconstructed from completion data after the intervention is finished. A credible path to Level 4 begins when the performance problem, desired behavior, surrounding conditions, success measures, and evidence responsibilities are first defined.
Learning Rewired Lab™ cannot guarantee Level 4 results. It gives you a clearer roadmap for designing toward them and collecting the evidence needed to evaluate what happened.
