Who is building this
I am still in the trenches with you.
I am not writing this from a consultancy or a course platform. I am a working learning experience designer inside a large corporate environment, still taking the requests, still sitting with the stakeholders, still building the content, still shipping on somebody else's deadline. Everything here got built because I needed it on a Tuesday afternoon and it did not exist.
Two decades of designing learning systems, enablement experiences, and performance support taught me the same lesson over and over. It is almost never the build that defeats you. It is understanding the real problem, then having the room and the people to treat the work with the seriousness it deserves.
So this is the place I wished existed while I was doing the work alone: somewhere to challenge tired defaults, build better patterns, and stop carrying the thinking by yourself. That is the whole reason it is here.
