Observe
Build an evidence inventory and classify each item as measured, observed, reported, assumed or unknown. The classification is the point.
Hypothesize
Choose a primary explanation and connect your evidence to it — including the items that complicate it.
Challenge
The Method tests what your evidence can support. Keeping your hypothesis is a legitimate answer; pretending to certainty is not.
Analyze
A systems map across eleven dimensions, described by evidence state rather than invented health scores.
Brief
