Pelatih Diagnostik Cabang Jurulatih

Interaksi diagnostik yang sedia untuk Storyline yang membantu pelajar mempersempit masalah, memilih laluan respons, dan menerima bimbingan berdasarkan bagaimana mereka mentafsirkan situasi. Corak ini dibina untuk saat operasi yang rumit di mana jawapan terbaik bergantung kepada apa yang pelajar perhatikan terlebih dahulu.

Tujuan

Bantu pelajar mendiagnosis sebelum mereka bertindak.

Banyak keputusan di tempat kerja gagal sebelum langkah tindakan kerana pelajar salah membaca situasi. Corak ini memperlahankan saat itu cukup untuk membantu pelajar mengenal pasti isyarat, memilih laluan, dan mendapatkan bimbingan tentang pemikiran mereka.
