Learning Rewired Lab is a public website and professional learning design resource ecosystem. This policy describes how information may be collected and used when you visit the site, contact Learning Rewired Lab, subscribe to updates, download resources, complete forms, or interact with tools, products, services, memberships, or account features.
This policy may be updated as the site grows and as new features, resources, analytics, newsletters, downloads, paid products, or community tools are added.

Learning Rewired Lab may collect limited information that you voluntarily provide or that is automatically generated through normal website use.
This may include:
Name and email address if you voluntarily provide them.
Messages or information submitted through contact forms.
Newsletter, waitlist, or resource signup information.
Download, form, or resource access information if those features are added.
Basic usage information such as pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, device type, browser type, operating system, and interaction patterns.

6. Analytics
Learning Rewired Lab uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated website traffic, page performance, referrer categories and selected interactions, including Design Lab participation, voluntary research responses and purchase-intent steps. The public website source was reviewed for legacy analytics scripts in October 2026; no direct Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag or advertising pixel integration was identified in that review.
Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies and without cross-site visitor profiles. The website includes a browser-level option to disable site-authored Vercel analytics. This does not override logging or cookies used by requested account, payment, embedded content or other independently provided features.
Aggregated analytics may include page paths, referral information, approximate geographic region, browser or device categories, and selected event names and answer categories. We do not intentionally send form contents, search text, email addresses or payment details as analytics event properties. Historical Ahrefs Analytics tags are removed during the production build to reduce unnecessary third-party tracking.
6A. Website behavior and voluntary research
We use site analytics to understand aggregate use of pages and interactive features, including link clicks, navigation toward offers, approximate active engagement, scroll milestones, Design Lab catalog searches (not the words entered), filters, pattern opens and selected interactions, and checkout-flow stages. A click, checkout start, or return to our site is not treated as proof of a purchase.
Our optional Good Enough Experiment records selected answer categories, whether the experiment was viewed, started or completed, and whether a participant follows a result link. We do not ask for names, email addresses, or free-form responses in that experiment. We use these results to improve our resources, research questions, and products. Results represent voluntary visitors, not a representative sample of learning professionals.
These analytics events are intended for aggregate site improvement, not cross-site advertising or individual behavioral profiling. Technical network information may still be processed by service providers in delivering these events. We do not intentionally submit payment details, email addresses, or form contents as analytics properties.
You can switch off our site-authored Vercel analytics in this browser using the control below or on the Cookie Notice. That choice does not disable essential account, checkout, security, hosting logs, or independent third-party services.

7. Email and newsletters
If you subscribe to a newsletter, waitlist, or email update, your email address may be used to send relevant Learning Rewired Lab updates, resources, announcements, product notes, essays, or related content.
You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages where available.
Transactional or administrative messages, such as purchase receipts, account notices, policy updates, or service-related communications, may still be sent when applicable.
8. Forms, downloads, and resource access
Learning Rewired Lab may use forms, signup tools, download gates, surveys, or feedback tools to provide resources, collect questions, support product development, or understand audience needs.
If you submit information through a form or download flow, that information may be used to provide the requested resource, respond to your request, improve future resources, or send related updates if you have opted in.
9. Payments and purchases
Payment information for paid products, memberships, subscriptions, consulting offers, or services may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Learning Rewired Lab does not intend to store full payment card information directly on this website. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
This site and related third-party tools may use cookies, local storage, tags, or similar technologies to support requested functionality, accounts, preferences, security, checkout, forms, newsletters, or embedded content. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies.
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect accounts, checkout, saved work, or requested product features.
Learning Rewired Lab uses or may use third-party services for hosting and cookieless analytics (Vercel), accounts and access (Memberstack), application data (Supabase), email newsletters (Kit), forms (Tally), payment processing (Stripe), embedded content, resource delivery, customer support, spam prevention, security, or other site functionality.
These services may collect, process, store, or access information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Learning Rewired Lab is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services.
12. Embedded content and external links
Pages may include embedded content, links, videos, social media links, newsletter forms, product tools, or other third-party resources.
Interacting with third-party content may allow those third parties to collect information about your interaction, subject to their own policies.
13. How information is shared
Learning Rewired Lab does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, process payments, host content, provide analytics, prevent abuse, manage downloads, support future products, or perform other operational functions.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, security needs, policy enforcement, or to protect rights, safety, property, users, visitors, or the site.

However, no website, hosting platform, email service, payment provider, analytics system, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use care when sharing information online.

Learning Rewired Lab is intended for professional and educational audiences, not for children under 13.
The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Learning Rewired Lab becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
17. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.
You may contact Learning Rewired Lab to request access, correction, deletion, or review of personal information you have provided, subject to legal, technical, security, and operational limitations.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings and use the site analytics objection control in section 6A or the Cookie Notice. This opt-out applies to our site-authored Vercel Analytics events, not independently operated third-party services or essential account and payment technologies. A separate consent mechanism may be required if non-exempt tracking is added or found to be active.
18. Regional privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law, such as rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information.
Learning Rewired Lab is an independently operated project and may rely on third-party providers to help respond to or fulfill certain privacy-related requests.
