Product support

Get to the right kind of help.

Learning Rewired Lab is founder-led, so support should be clear about what exists rather than hiding behind an imaginary enterprise help desk. Use the routes below to identify the issue and the information that will help resolve it.

What do you need help with?

Product or technical issue

Include the product, page or feature, what you expected, what happened, device/browser or operating system when relevant, and a screenshot if it helps reproduce the problem.

Contact Learning Rewired Lab →

Account or billing question

Describe the membership or product involved and the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other secrets.

Request help →

Accessibility barrier

Share the page or feature, the barrier you encountered, and assistive technology or input method if relevant.

Privacy, data, or AI question

Before you send a support request

  • Do not include passwords, full payment-card information, authentication tokens, or unnecessary confidential information.
  • For a bug, include reproducible steps when possible.
  • For an account issue, identify the relevant product or membership without posting sensitive credentials.
  • For policy questions, link to the policy section you are asking about.
No invented SLA. Learning Rewired Lab does not currently publish a guaranteed response-time or uptime commitment. A formal service standard should be published only when the operating capacity exists to honor it consistently.
