Trust + Product Standards

Professional software should earn your trust.

Learning Rewired Lab is founder-led, but the standard for its products is not “good enough for a small company.” The goal is to build, document, support, and maintain software with the care professionals should expect from tools they rely on for real work.

We do not treat marketplace approval, AI output, or polished design as proof of product quality. Trust is earned through transparent policies, responsible product decisions, reliable operation, clear support, and evidence that the software does what it says it does.

Founder accountability

Learning Rewired Lab was founded by Andy Campbell, a learning systems designer with more than two decades of experience working on learning and performance problems inside complex organizations. Meet the founder →

Product transparency

Product pages are designed to show the actual experience, including product demonstrations where available, so prospective customers can understand what a tool does before deciding whether it belongs in their workflow.

Privacy + data handling

Learning Rewired Lab publishes its privacy practices and updates them as the product ecosystem evolves. Customers should be able to understand the policies that govern information they provide. Read the Privacy Policy →

AI transparency

AI is used across parts of the creative, development, and product ecosystem. Learning Rewired Lab publishes how AI is approached and keeps human judgment responsible for what is shipped. Read the AI Disclosure →

Accessibility

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product responsibility, with published goals, known limitations, and a way to report barriers. Read the Accessibility Statement →

Clear commercial terms

Paid products and memberships are supported by published terms, privacy information, and refund information rather than burying the rules at checkout. Terms →   Refund policy →

The Learning Rewired product standard

Every product should have a distinct professional job, fit coherently within the ecosystem, and be maintained as a real product rather than an abandoned experiment.

1. A defined job

Products should solve a specific practitioner problem and have a clear lane. New capabilities should not exist merely because they can be built.

2. Evidence before claims

Learning Rewired Lab should not promise outcomes it cannot substantiate. Tools can strengthen decisions and workflows without pretending software can guarantee business results.

3. Connected, not fragmented

The Lab is the professional platform. Specialist workspaces and mobile experiences should connect to the ecosystem without becoming a confusing catalog of overlapping utilities.

4. Maintained over time

Products should evolve as workflows, technology, accessibility expectations, and customer needs change. Shipping is the beginning of product responsibility, not the end.

5. Transparent by default

Pricing, policies, AI use, accessibility posture, and important limitations should be understandable without requiring a sales conversation.

6. Professional distribution

Where a product belongs on an operating-system marketplace, Learning Rewired Lab's target is professional distribution through the appropriate official marketplace, with the platform requirements treated as part of the product standard.

A growing company, held to a serious standard. Learning Rewired Lab is building toward a broader marketplace presence across desktop and mobile platforms. Marketplace availability will be shown only after a product is actually available through that platform. Until then, this Trust Center describes the operating commitments behind the work without implying certifications, approvals, customers, or security guarantees that do not yet exist.
