Founder, Learning Rewired Lab™
I built the system I wish I had been given when I started.
I have spent more than two decades designing learning and performance solutions inside complex organizations. I still work with real stakeholders, incomplete evidence, competing priorities, fixed deadlines, and requests that arrive with the solution already attached.
Learning Rewired Lab™ did not begin as a theory about what practitioners are doing wrong. It grew from doing this work myself and wanting better support for the decisions, conversations, evidence, and constraints that already come with the role.
I am building the tools I want beside me in the work: tools that help experienced learning professionals think faster, pressure-test decisions, reduce rework, strengthen recommendations, and make their impact more visible.
