Selected professional work

I design learning systems for messy real-world environments.

I’m a Learning Systems Designer and Program Manager who turns complex performance problems into scalable systems, useful experiences, and practical support for the people doing the work.

Strategic enough to design the system. Hands-on enough to build the experience.

Flagship work

Designing the system around performance.

The strongest work is rarely one deliverable. It is the architecture, judgment, governance, experience, and evidence working together.

Global onboarding system

Designing onboarding for complex delivery operations at global scale.

A mobile-first onboarding ecosystem spanning multiple markets and languages, with localization, governance, reusable production patterns, stakeholder alignment, and long-term maintenance designed as one system.

Selected work

From operating systems to individual moments of judgment.

These projects show different layers of the same practice: diagnose the problem, design the environment, build the experience, and make the decision visible.

Systems + operations

From content chaos to a scalable system.

Governance, content architecture, reusable standards, and workflow design that make learning operations easier to maintain and scale.

Clear to Land

A decision-centered experience that asks learners to maintain an operational picture, interpret changing signals, and make choices in context.

Capabilities

The work crosses strategy, systems, experience, and build.

Tools matter, but they are secondary to choosing the right intervention and building a mechanism that can survive the real environment.

Systems

Learning architecture, governance, localization, scalable content systems, and operating mechanisms.

Strategy

Performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, intervention strategy, program design, and measurement planning.

Experience

Scenario design, onboarding, performance support, mobile learning, practice, feedback, and facilitation.

Build

Articulate Rise, Storyline-style interactions, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AI workflows, prototyping, and product experimentation.

Design philosophy

I believe learning should feel less like training and more like product design.

About Andy

A practitioner who gravitates toward complexity, friction, and systems that do not scale well.

My background crosses education, learning experience design, program management, content systems, and product experimentation. I am most useful when the problem is ambiguous, stakeholders see different pieces of it, and the solution needs both strategic structure and practical execution.

Outside my day-to-day work, Learning Rewired Lab is where I continue experimenting with learning systems, professional judgment, AI-assisted workflows, and better ways to design around performance. It is part laboratory, part body of work, and part proof that I still like building the thing.
