Selected Work
I turn complex learning problems into clear experiences.
This is the evidence behind Learning Rewired Intelligence: a working record of my learning systems work across enterprise onboarding, performance-based practice, and customer-facing judgment. In each project, I move from a defined problem through strategy and into a finished experience.
This is not a gallery of course screenshots. It is a record of how my thinking held up once the work had to operate inside a real organization.
The range
I work from enterprise strategy to individual judgment
Enterprise learning and content systems
I build strategy, governance, and architecture to operate across markets and teams.
Performance-based experience design
I build practice environments around real decisions, not just information.
Customer judgment and simulation
I design scenarios that test diagnosis, tone, and consequence under realistic conditions.
Amazon Flex: What to Expect
New delivery partners were stepping into a fast-moving operational role with a lot to absorb before their first day. I led the curriculum strategy for the in-app learning solution that onboards new Amazon Flex delivery partners, and I helped shape the customer-facing film that walks them through what to expect. My goal was to translate an unfamiliar, sometimes intimidating process into approachable, confidence-building guidance.
My work spanned global content architecture, localization planning, content governance, and alignment across operations and communications stakeholders. I then carried that thinking through into a piece of production the public can actually watch.
I produced this work in my role at Amazon. Amazon Flex and the associated materials are owned by Amazon. I have included this project to document my contribution to publicly available work.
Clear to Land
I did not want to build a Rise 360 course with a decorative theme. I designed Clear to Land to put the learner inside an air-traffic-control shift: reporting for duty, reading live radio traffic, and building an operational picture as weather, runway, and traffic conditions change around them.
I ask the learner to observe, interpret, prioritize, commit to a strategy, and then see how that decision affects workload, delays, and safety margin before the next shift begins.
I designed every interaction to help the learner observe, interpret, prioritize, decide, or adapt.
I built the project as one continuous operational environment in Rise 360 and Mighty Studio rather than as a sequence of unrelated content blocks, so the interface, coaching, and consequences hold together as a single experience.
INBOX: Steam Support
I served as a learning architect and program strategist for a 500-agent customer service organization, including as a learning partner to Valve. I built INBOX: Steam Support as an independent portfolio concept based on that experience: a fictional support inbox, not a quiz and not a branching course.
I ask the player to work three tickets: technical, billing, and account access, each with incomplete evidence. I built every reply from response options rated by risk and followed it with the likely customer reaction, so the practice centers on balancing resolution, policy, and customer trust rather than finding one right answer.
INBOX: Steam Support is an independent portfolio concept. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve or Steam.
What connects the work
I bring one design discipline to different experiences.
Global onboarding, aviation decision practice, and a fictional support desk serve different audiences and use different formats. I bring the same approach to all three.
01
I diagnose the actual performance or experience problem.
02
I design around real decisions and behavior.
03
I build systems that can operate beyond a single deliverable.
04
I carry the strategy through to a polished experience.
